[...] an online Touhou music event / community solely aimed for overseas (non-jp) arrangers around the world. The event is scheduled to be held four times in a year (Spring / Summer / Autumn / Winter) and it will be mainly hosted by using YouTube's services. Concept is a one month lasting open event where anyone can share their creativity regardless of their level of experience, inspired by Celestia Project.
