>Correct. And it's not really words so much as utterances.

> Because I have learned my lesson from past experiences, and attempting to dramatically reveal my plan never works, can we clarify the properties of Elemental Conjuration? Say we catch up and we want to conjure some water to fry her keyboard/synth/whatever it is. Could we pull this off at a short distance, and if so, with any accuracy, or will we need to get the keyboard away from her/pin her down with it? How long will it take to cast?
> Also, am I correct in thinking that Crash will not work on a keyboard?

>You send a Halt curse toward Georgia. She squawks and stumbles, falling over onto her rear.. You don't think the spell has held any longer than that.
>If you are within five feet or so, you should be able to do that. You aren't especially precise with your conjuration, but the keyboard is a large target.
>You aren't sure, you've never tried to crash a keyboard before. However, given Archer likely saw her use some kind of storage medium on it, you're have a pretty good reason to think it will work.

> Make a run for Georgia, prepping Elemental Conjuration.

>You dash at Georgia, the wind blowing at your side now, whipping your hair in front of your face.  You can hear the music build up again, and prepare yourself. Then a blow slams into your stomach that nearly bowls you over; it this what being kicked by a horse is like?! But you were prepared, and remain more or less standing, however much you've staggered.
>"Come and get some!" Georgia says. now about 20 or so feet away. She has stopped, and is brining her keyboard back out. "You think I need to see you to drop your ass?"

> "Good luck, my ass is huge!!" Wait shit that wasn't a good comeback.
> Charge forward and attempt to douse her keyboard!

>She doesn't comment, thankfully, instead starting up another song of her own. The air crackles around her one more time.
>You stagger forward, which is nearly a charge, and prepare the spell. This one does not come nearly so naturally to do, and requires a fair deal of effort. The ocean is right there, which certainly helps with the casting. But it draws fairly heavily on your mana, and you have to focus a considerable amount of effort on it to force it where it needs to go. Then you release the spell, which feels about like releasing a box full of hardback books, and direct the water toward Georgia's general position.
>Water appears out of thin air in front of Georgia and cascades mostly downward, spilling all over her synthesizer. The result is not dramatic; the music just dies out suddenly, and the crackling in the air with it. "Son of a-!"  Georgia shouts, leaping back ineffectively.
>A moment later, your stomach feels as though you suddenly come down with appendicitis!
