>Make our way towards Koakuma's place.
>It is a little easier to get through the tunnel this time, with two youkai to guide you through the darkness.
>Reaching Makai, neither Flandre or Meiling are particularly pleased with the sight of the giant buildings, the noise, all the lights... Meiling mutters about it being Apex but worse, which still feels rather accurate.
>Along the way, Meiling makes small talk, going on minor details about her travels. about her work with her dojo, and so on. You quickly realize she's going out of her way not to mention anything particularly noteworthy, naming some students you couldn't hope to recognize, talking about having tea at a teahouse that probably won't exist for a couple hundred years or more after your era. Still, the picture you get is interesting, it seems she hardly stays anywhere for more than a few years after she was officially released from service after the Scarlet Devil Mansion became the Lakeside Temple. While she largely stays nearby to help out the Temple, and look after her own dojo, which she admits she neglects more than she ought, she also has a tendency to just pick a direction and start walking, and not really stop for some months. She doesn't seem inclined to explain why, and perhaps she has no real idea or concern why.
>It takes some time, but you eventually reach the South Pandamonium Tower. It doesn't seem any less busy than before.
