Easier said than done - The scythe is heavy, and holding it in one hand and your parasol in the other makes you feel silly-looking. Not to mention, you're not hugely fast. By the time you get home, she is already there, busily resetting her traps.

You start firing off some danmaku in concentric circles, followed by smaller bullets that appear to flow like liqid before dispersing, constantly alternating between the two. The shrine maiden manages to dodge them, but she looks harried. Meanwhile you're finding it trivial to dodge her rigid patterns now that the witch is gone.
