Worst part is I couldn't hear him when he was on handset and he decides to switch to speakerphone with no warning. I spent 3 hours with this speakerphone guy this morning. I'd tell him to do something and he wouldn't tell me he finished until I asked him like 10 minutes later and he'd act all indignant going "OH I WAS DONE 5 MINUTES AGO". |
