//Well for obvious reasons, they're not fairies. Don't get me wrong, I'm fine with a few non fairy residents, but non-fairy leaders? One of the core values we (read: Mostly me) taught these fairies is that good fairies should make their own choices. If Shinny and Seija were leaders, the fairies would be following their orders, which would be a direct contradiction to that value. And it would lead to confusion, unrest, and a possible revolt or dissension.

//Also, having them as leaders kinda gets in my way for my own plans for the village leadership.

//And don't use the "Good Fairies Listen to Daiyousei" rule as an excuse. I plan to abolish or nerf that rule if my plans for the village are a success.
