>Continue towards the palace.

> After flying for a while, you finally reach the Palace.  It's a huge building that, true to its name, looks like a palace.  It's made of stone, with ivy creeping up the walls.  Every window is made of stained glass, giving a nice contrast to the rest of the building.  There's an expansive front yard out front with rose bushes and other greenery, protected by an ornate wire fence.  The gate leading to the front yard is wide open, which isn't very odd at all.  Even if it were a palace, no one would bother locking anything in the Underground.
> You also notice that the front yard is crawling with animals.  Dogs wrestling in the grass, cats lazing around, birds covering a tree...They were right when they said the satori girl living here loved animals.  There's even a snake slithering along the fence right now.  You also see a lot of mice skittering around, either sniffing around the grass or being chased by some cats.

> However, you can immediately tell that she must be the satori who owns the house, because there's a third eye positioned over her chest.  The red cords stemming from it make her look like she's been tangled with red yarn.
> Before you can say anything, she opens the door all the way and says, "So someone's finally answered the missing ad I put in the newspaper...Mizuhashi Parsee...."

> Since you're not moving, Komeiji gently pushes you through the door.  You briefly see a cat run by.

>"So, what do you think happened? When'd she run off?"

> "Koishi always runs off to the surface to play, but she's never been gone for so long," Komeiji explains.  "About a month before the earthquake, she left for the surface.  She said she was leaving to play with a friend she had up there.  Of course, it's normal for her to disappear for long periods of time, but she said she would return before next month...She said she wanted to take a break from travelling after that, so of course it would be strange for her not to return."

> "Let's see...There are a lot of them far outside the city, dotting the ceiling.  They're in the Hell of Blazing Fires as well, but those are rather dangerous.  Oh, and it's not a natural tunnel, but there's the Nuclear Reactor's emergency exit.  That should be safe at the moment."

> Satori glances out one of the stained windows and says, "See, that's why I'm upset with Konngara.  I'm not entirely sure how something that big could have made it out of the Underground, but I think she might know something.  If she didn't have anything to hide she wouldn't have tried to avoid me so much."
> "And yet, it's strange.  I'm afraid I don't know anything about the Moon's disappearance than what I'm about to tell you, but Konngara wasn't talking to a wall."
> The cat is asleep now.

> "That's simple.  Just go out to the courtyard and to the left of the path you would usually take to get to the Hell of Blazing Fires, and the Nuclear Reactor is in a seperate cave.  I could have Okuu take you there, if you so desire."

> "These tunnels are a natural part of the ceiling's formation; it can't be helped," Satori explains, unfazed.  "With the Ancient City undergoing an industrial revolution, the place is only going to get dirtier so we need them to help filter the smoke released by the factories.  Of course, the industrial revolution might finally bring some Kappa down here.  So, despite the fact that the bridge is hardly ever used anymore, it's not entirely useless." 
> "The tunnels can also serve as emergency exits, although what good is that if the ceiling ever caves."  Satori chuckles a bit, and chills run down your spine.
