I'll use the second one if you don't mind, it flows better with the plot, and the other commands.

>You're fairly sure you'll flip your lid if things get any scarier...And they do! Loud peals of thunder ring out from the sky above, and lightning arcs through the clouds overhead!

>You hide behind Momiji in the ensuing panic, but it's useless, for you are suddenly lifted into the air by strong winds!
>When you manage to set yourself right-ways up in midair, you find yourself face to face with the mysterious woman! You feel a great power emanating from her, it's clear that Suwako's not the only Goddess here!
>"Nyaaaaa! I'm a good kitty please don't hurt meee!"

"I haven't had a good laugh like that in ages! You should've seen the look on your face when I pulled the old 'summon a thunderstorm' bit on you. Priceless I tell you, simply priceless! I daresay I frightened a few Tengu and Kappa as well, but that makes it all the more humorous then.">And as suddenly as the clouds gathered, they disperse, leaving the skies as crystal clear as they were before.

>Before you realize it, you're back on the ground, and the mysterious woman is sitting on the ground a short distance away in a rather unimpressed, yet matter-of-fact manner, all cross-legged and such.
"So, why have you come to the Moriya Shrine? Have you come to worship here? Or perhaps...There are other reasons?">Now that you can actually see her better, you note that her hair is not quite blue, but not quite purple either, somewhat like the sky at sunset. Or perhaps sunrise? She's also got a rather nice dress, and that hoop that was behind her is some kinda huge-ish...Rope...Uh, loopy-thingy. Quite frankly, you have no clue what it is, or what she uses it for, if anything at all.
>You'd respond clearer, but all you can manage is a confused and slightly freaked out mumble right now, and you're still a Cat too. And where's Ponga for that matter? ...And Momiji too?! Oh wait, there she is, she's up a nearby tree. Typical. But still, Where's Ponga gotten himself to?

Mountaintop Shrine has been relabeled as the Moriya Shrine!
Parser's Note: It took forever figuring out how this scene would flow. Thankfully there was a thunderstorm earlier where I live, so I drew inspiration from that. I think it worked out quite nicely.
