For Touhou games 10 and above, when I hold Ctrl to fast-forward the replay, the replay fast-forwards but the framerate drops to 20-30FPS, which pretty much negates the fast-forward. This only started happening recently.
I've tried using my laptop's GPU and integrated graphics, fullscreen & windowed, with and without vpatch.
Anyone have any ideas?
Edit: The problem kind of fixed itself. Oh well.
