Title: Touhou 13 soundtrack problem

Miko's theme makes static-like noise halfway when it plays and the ending theme doesn't seem to work properly at all (static-like noise the whole time). I play with my laptop and never has this problem before. I'm playing with my USB-stick.

Btw what I mean by static-like noise is "white noise" according to wikipedia. Sry for my bad english.
