According to the hakutaku, whatever force brought me here is also affecting 'some kind of object'. I presume this to be my pocketwatch, as I did not have it in my possession when I woke up in this era yesterday morning. Would your efforts to return me to my time return that object to my time as well?"

We -should- have been keeping in mind trying to find it from the start, but since we didn't, we still haven't the slightest idea where to begin. So yeah, I'm with Kilga on having Ran just do her thing.

I am just worried about doing this and in the end having to come back here yet again to retrieve the Watch, we can't trust this unknown force, maybe this was it's goal after all.

Well we could simply supply Alice with what would be needed, yes it would take time, but if i recall correctly we still have a bit less than a month to use around here in terms of time, i do not see the need to rush with this, so why not do so ?

Of course, i could be completely wrong and/or i could be disregarded, for this is only my voice, i am open to any arguments.

If we really do need to go get the watch (for a purpose beyond just "we'll lose it otherwise", but rather that we actually need to go get it), then we have to get it regardless of whether we have Ran do her thing right now or not, so as far as I can tell we may as well let her go ahead.

Come on, do you really think that it's just going to be back in the present without any form of dramatic build up or anything like that? That would be too easy. There has to be more to it than that.

I just feel like if that is the case, that it would end up making things more troublesome than finding the Watch first and then doing it later.

Oops. Forgot to put in my actual point.

I'm honestly worried that Purvis will have us end up returning to the present without the watch with no way to get it back. It seems like there's a pretty high chance of that happening IMO, considering how we went out of our way to ignore the warlord (and possibly an entire storyline).

I am more worried about that happening AND our watch being there acting as an catalyst to an chain of events that will severely harm the future.

I am not too concerned for a variety of reasons, but I believe I may have a solution regardless.

> "Alice, I have one final request for you. Once I am gone and you are able to do so, I would appreciate it if you could attempt to magically locate my watch.  If it still exists in this era, please bring it back here to Ran and see if she can send it back to its proper era as well."
