>You start to make your way around the cloud, trying to keep from being too obvious about it. You're well aware that if Explorer sees you, what happens next will be entirely up to him. Sounds of the two servants skirmishing dominate any other sounds.
>As you move forward, you note that the cloud, which had achieved a sort of settled start, is starting to billow out ahead of you.

Yeah, that's about how I feel about the situation.

Well, I'd say Lily is out of useful options. How's things going for Archer?

>You move to circle around the fog, hoping to give Archer some breathing room. It continues to flow in your general direction; you notice that the farther side is trying to loop around as well, moving to try can catch you from both sides.

>You...don't think you can come up with something like that on the fly. Making things move tends to be the opposite of what earth magic is about, in your experience.

Er. Wait. I must have glossed this over. What did we buy?

EDIT:

>It is still in your purse!
>You start trying to make a wide circle to get somewhat behind where you think Explorer Is. The gas follows round behind you, but you note that it slows, it doesn't follow you quite so directly now. The woods is a little tangled and hard to move in, but keeping under the thicker canopies you have time to pick through with the cloud only making minmal gains. Then you come across what is definitely a footprint in some mud.

>You proceed, and...there she is.  She's mostly but not entirely hidden behind a stand of trees, but you can see parts of her ridiculous purple dress peeking around it. It doesn't seem like she had any better alternatives here, though.

Is knowing her location enough to hit her with Halt, or do we need to see her actual body?
