Diplomacy: Shift-Around! is a variant of the regular diplomacy in which everyone's units start out in somebody else's home supply centers. Naturally, standard rules still apply, so if you want to build something, you'll need to recapture your own home supply centers.
Note that Switzerland is strictly neutral ground and will, therefore, not allow any armed forces to pass through it.
In order to win, as usual, you will require 18 supply centers. Joint victory conditions? There is only solo win.
The game will go for 20 years before India, played by Pesco, initiates its nuclear tests and everyone dies. No, I am not aware on how India has managed to obtain nuclear power by 1921. This limit can be extended at my discretion.
The shifted starting positions are as follows:
Germany -> Turkey (Germany's units begin in Turkey)
Italy -> Russia
Austria -> France
Turkey -> Germany
Russia -> England
England -> Italy
France -> Austria

Remember that you may communicate with any player at any time through any means.
You will have 72 hours for movement phases. (Spring, Fall)
You will have 24 hours for retreat phases.
You will have 24 hours for build phases.
If I have everyone's orders, I may update early.
You may change your orders up until the point where I begin to input them.
Please include "Diplomacy" in the title of the PMs that you send to me.
I will assume that you are able to send valid orders. I will not be warning players on whether or not their orders are invalid. Invalid orders will cause the unit to hold.
If you wish to hydra, please designate a main head. I will only be accepting orders from the main head.
Everyone will receive
1 extension that will last for up to 24 hours. This extension may only be used when the player has failed to submit orders on time. Any subsequent failures to submit orders on time will result in all of that player's units holding.
