Only stayed for half the pannel cuz we had to leave back home, but out of all the other pannels we visited it was the only one that was legitimately interesting and on-topic lmao. Good job guys. Room was bigger than last year, but still not enough it seems. This is good news for Touhou in Toronto, means there's a dumpload of interest. Hopefully next year it'll be like last time on a friday so we're not caught on a late sunday morning when erryone's gone or leaving haha.
also mad props for setting up pop'n :3 hope your games weren't too badly water damaged, that was of poor taste.
I'll ask Fingers personally (at the next AN staff meeting) to have a bigger room and a longer time slot for next year.
Also, thanks! It was a good idea to bring pop'n after all. I've never seen so much traffic for such an obscure game (due to new interest + people that had experience w/ popn games). Definitely bringing it back next year.
Also, about the water damage, it honestly didn't seem as bad as I thought it would be. When I went home, the damages were hardly visible after drying up.
man that guy who came in all the time was an asshole lmao
White guy w/ the glasses that escorted me to the front of the panel? Yeah, that's Chris. He's really strict w/ rules and stuff so of course he's going to come off as an asshole. :3
Haha yeah he told me because I guess one of the panellists didn't say much.
I am the guy that said little to nothing on the panel. Sorry about that. I guess the fact that I was really tired at the time (+ no one wants to really talk about gameplay as much) prevented me from saying anything of significance. XD
