Well it is about Railgun's side of the story.

I'm pretty sure S stands for
Sister/s, which is probably already the "Sisters Arc"
. I haven't watched it yet though.

I just wished they did To Aru Majutsu No Index season 3 first before that...then again. I wouldn't mind seeing more of Academy City's/Science side's storyline.
Plus this is one of the only few animes that I find rather unique than most animes that involve fantasy, magic and science-fiction.

This is the only show I look forward on a weekly basis this season. A lot of the scenes have followed the manga closely (including the Misaki scene), but Saten and Uiharu and that other girl have become expositional tools, as expected.
