I wasn't expecting Keine to even take the lead. I don't find her very "moe" rather motherly.

This is interesting. Normally I'd vote for Daiyousei, as I find her to be the most moe. But If I vote for Keine, my vote may actually make a difference! Not sure if that's the responsible way to vote though.

Because you are a botnet node. Your router or computer has been taken over by someone else, and they are using your computer as a node on their botnet.
To be more specific, your IP address is 69.196.73.195, you are running an open HTTP proxy on port 80, and you are listed on DroneBL.

Edit: According to the googles, you're listed on several other open proxy lists too, you've been used to attack several domains, and you've been used as a spam relay.
