Title: I'm Thinking of Making a Touhou fanclub for Northest US

I had this idea to start a Touhou fanclub called the New England Touhou Association, just for Touhou Project fans that live in the Northeast United States (Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts,  Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York) can meet up and participate in events and stuff. I have been sitting on this idea for a while and I'll probably need some more time before this can become a reality (I'm planning on writing a "Mission Statement" and a list of Rule of Conduct just to make sure things go smoothly once memberships can start), so this isn't entirely set in stone but I want to tell you guys to see what you all think.

The handbook is written, I just need to type it. Also, I will announce when memberships will be ready to be signed up.
