12.5 and 12.8 Config Doesn't Open

I think the title says it all; I've tried:


-Downloading the trial config
-Applocale
-Compatability Mode
-12.5 English Patch


The configs for neither of these will open under either circumstance... I stumped  :/

What OS are you using?  Just keep in mind, the config.exes are notorious for not working correctly in some cases.

Also, I assume "Re-downloading" means getting it from the trial package.  Not sure if that'll work every time, since the trial and release versions may have changed.
