> You ease the tension on your mind and watch.  Your arms are reaching out and pushing against whatever is pressing against you, but to no avail.  Beams of light crack through whatever is resisting you, allowing natural light to shine through for the briefest of moments before it fades out.  You see your sleeves, stained with your own blood, as you are forced to curl into a ball.  Through the light, you see a glassy bronze surface in all directions.  Through that you see the hazy outlines of your surroundings.  Everything sounds far away.
> You can't stop it.  You just have to wait for your power to exhaust itself.  That could be anywhere from five to fifteen minutes.

> Whether you want it to or not, your innate power pushes against the walls restraining you, suspended in midair.  For what seems like a fleeting instant, it is just you and the light, with the distant sounds fading into oblivion.  You gradually become aware of your own body, curled up and lying on a cold, smooth surface.  You start to feel heavy.  For a moment you wonder if there is something pressing down on you, but then you realize it is the weight of your own body.  You're back.

> You look around and find that you are encased in a sphere.  The world outside has been tainted in bronze.  You're still in the lounge, but closer to the door instead of near the furniture.  Kikuri is standing in front of you, holding her hands out and breathing heavily.  She has a bruise on her cheek and a single tear on her left sleeve.  Sanae is still standing by the chairs, frozen in place.  Her gohei shakes in her hand.  There isn't anything for you to dodge at the moment.
> "You look a lot like my shrine maiden, but you're way more aggressive than her," Kikuri says to you between breaths.  "You're not human, are you?"

> You wake up in silence, staring at the dark ceiling.  You hear a rustling beside you and see the top of Satori's head, poking out of the comforters.  She gives a short sigh, asleep and oblivious to your wakeful state.  Your limbs feel heavy, your mouth is dry, and you feel nauseous.

> You slip through the door and see Sanae, still lying on the bed.  She hasn't so much as moved a muscle since you last saw her like this.  No levitating, nothing.  Her chest rises and falls steadily, and her face could make someone think all was right with the world.
