Near as I can tell, the winner will be determined by the Michigan/Syracuse game, unless Louisville goes on to win it all.

Here's how it works, near as I can tell.

- If Michigan beats Syracuse, I win regardless of what Louisville does.
- If Syracuse beats Michigan, then you win if Louisville doesn't win the title and I win if they do.

Which is basically what you just said, but more explicit.
