Title: Fullscreen glitch?

Whenever I load up a touhou shooter in fullscreen, it's not properly in fullscreen. The size of the game window is the same size as it would be windowed, and the rest of the screen is taken up by blackness. Sadly, I'm unable to printscreen it, since it gets a screenshot of my desktop, not the game, but hopefully the description will do?

Anyway, does anyone know why the game window is so small, and how I can enlarge it to fit the whole screen? Thanks in advance.

There must be a option in your video card settings that forces it to scale the image to fit your current resolution. Look for that.
Also install the drivers for your video card if you haven't already.
