So yesterday our orchestra teacher had the wonderful idea of having us sort the music because it was the last day of school before spring break. I was the person in charge of filing and I found this wonderful song. Subterranean Dance. Needless to say I thought it was Subterranean Animism.
Well I should've made it Prince of Void.

Was it? Or was it something similar?

It wasn't. Though it did give me the wonderful idea of trying to convince our teacher to play a Touhou theme.
On another note you are addicted to Touhou when you study Japanese mythology so much you are more knowledgeable then your Japanese friend ( and her Japanese born parents).
Well I should've made it Prince of Void.

When you instinctively ask Touhouwiki for various information like the chemical formula of butanoic acid.
I've done things like typing "en." into my address bar, letting autocomplete pop up, and typing in an article-name for Wikipedia without realizing it had autocompleted in for Touhou Wiki ... :3

I've pre-emptively avoided this situation by setting up explicit shortcuts; all I have to do is type "t Mokou" or "w Wason_selection_test" into my address bar, and my browser does the rest.

Yeah ... when type "w" it shows up with Wikipedia as the first result.

... specifically, Walpurgis Night ...

When you realize that The Matrix (1) video game for xbox reminds you of Touhou. Let's see, there are Agents that "dodge bullets" and it has a "focus" mode that allows you to make the game slower (and to kill enemies off more easily).
I figured out how to play midi in games with a different device on Win7 ^^

No no, it's not the autocomplete, it's a macro. My browser is set up to convert the string "w <query>" into "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/<query>". It does so because I went into the settings and told it to, not just because I happen to use it a lot. Same for Google (g), Dictionary.com (d), and TouhouWiki (t). Quite the exclusive group.

Interestingly, my autocomplete on w produces "www.shrinemaiden.org/forum/". Even though this place's been on my speed dial for at least a year. I suppose this is due to how rarely I ever actually type out more than two letters of a url nowadays. I'm starving it. But I'm also getting off topic.

Sakuya White, or Lily Izayoi?

Either way, we'll get a healthy serving of ?春ですよー!? followed by a knife-centric danmaku barrage. Oh, and time gets manipulated so that it's always spring in the SDM, and all pad jokes are subject to the same regulations.

It's like the chicken and the egg all over again.
That's a bit of a stretch there....

When you come up with a new idea for a musical style hybridization called ZUN Senoue (ZUN + Sega's Jun Senoue).

Imagine it - not only do we get SD-90 Romantic Trumpets ZUNpets and piano reliance, but we also have a bunch of Senoue rock riffs and electronic mix-ins! Simply put, SUCCESS!

Come to think of it, though, my own musical style, which has had a lot of Senoue influence and is taking in ZUN style now, is heading towards ZUN Senoue style. Yay?

A few peers had a project or something where they take on the role of an immigrant. I suggested that they use the name Hong Meiling. I think someone actually did it.
Also, one person noted that she had a relative who had that name.

When you use a smooth jazz remix of Crystallized silver for a slide show's backgroud music.  :3

When the ZUN Senoue idea gets expanded into DaiZUNke Senouwatari (same as above but with fewer Senoue simple melodies and more Ishiwatari hard rock/metal power runs) the next day, due to Kaede's suggestion of a ZUN-Ishiwatari mix over in the CPMC questions thread.

To make matters worse, I suddenly want to remix Touhou and Guilty Gear/BlazBlue songs together in such a style. This will be a hell of a lot of fun.

I already have lyric ideas for this.

Something like this, maybe? :3
This is from the SD-90, right (going by the drumset + ZUNpet)? Not bad, I'll say! Needs more rock guitar IMO. I'd love to hear the completed version, though.

In the meantime I wait for Sonar to arrive...because as awesome as Logic is, most of my MIDI stuff is stuck on Windows :(

Well I wasn't gonna have any lyrics. Just a boss remix and the names.
