> Float up and sit in our regular seat in the chariot.

>You settle into your seat easily enough. Then Flandre floats up after you; it seems she has convinced Mitsu to take hold of her parasol and shield her from the sun while she holds the metal sheet over her head.  The vampire examines the inside of the chariot, then says, "I have to sit on you lap?"

> "I hope that is not a problem."

>"I didn't think that's what you meant by tight fit," says Flandre. "Let's see what we can do, though."
>She gently lowers herself down, her wings folding (twisting?) under her arms.  She has to maneuver a bit to get the crystals to go around the seat and not stab into your legs before she is finally able to settle down into your lap, while holding the sheet in place. Between her head blocking off yours and the sheet itself, it is cramped and you can't really see anything. The crystals that make up her wings brush against your legs, cool to the touch.
>"That should do," says Mitsu, as you hear her climbing into the front seat. "You two ready?"

>You hope it's somewhere, because you can't see it or much of anything right now. Aside from the back of Flandre's head, which is hardly well light, most of what you see is the back of Mitsu's seat.

> Help hold the metal sheet in place.
> "In that case, I believe we are as ready as we will ever be."

>You help hold the sheet up. This causes some small issues as Mitsu tries to close the canopy and bangs it against the sheet, forcing it further down and making things even more cramped. It does not help that Flandre weights a bit more than she seems to, likely due to her wings, but you can endure it.
>Still, the canopy is closed, and Mitsu starts up the chariot. Soon she is moving it into position, and moments later it accelerates into the air. In the meantime, you get a faceful of Flandre's hair, and nearly get your nose bashed from the force of the takeoff. You feel the chariot level off; though you can't see anything but some light and a few details ahead of you. "It'll be a few minutes until we get to Enkyo," Mitsu calls back over the noise, which has taken on a strange kind of tinny echo under the metal sheet. "It won't take long to land, we have an airstrip set up there, so it'll be nice and smooth."
>"This is the thing you guys to get Sachiko around, right?" Flandre says, speaking a bit louder than needs be.
>"It sure is!" Mitsu says back. "It's the only way we can really keep up with the Hakurei Shrine anymore."

>"A lot faster than Sachiko," says Mitsu. "She can barely fly on her own. And it's even worse because they have branch shrines all over the place. We're just concentrated around Old Hometown, Youkai Mountain, and Apex. Well, there's the shrine in Apex, but Kyrie is kind of retired from dealing with big incidents now."
