Dodgeball tournament at Eientei. Who wins?

Have you ever tried to kill the princess, for whatever reason, not worried because she would just come back?

What's the biggest fight either of you have been in, what started it, and how did it end?

"I don't have anything against you, but I hope you're ready to die a dog's death!
Oh, don't worry, that cat will carry off your body, so you'll be able to live in our place!"

Reimu with her balls and cheating hitbox.

Why would I ever want to do that? I'm not going to act like an ingrate to the princess for lulz.

One in highschool. I started it and won.

Serious question time; here's a quote from a gigantic moron:
Quote
Maybe this thread should talk about the terrors of living in South Africa(a supposedly 2nd or even 1st world country)where rape and murder by mutilation regularly take place, where the failures of multiculturalism are right in front of us. Not to mention Zimbabwe, where South Africa looks tame in comparison.
What are your thoughts on this?

Serious question time; here's a quote from a gigantic moron:What are your thoughts on this?

Yes those are very real dangers for a female in the less metropolitan areas. Lack of education in the rural areas make people think silly crap like having sex with a virgin will cure AIDS or corrective rape on lesbian/gay/trans. There is a lot of appeal to tradition despite the call to move on and build a future. I reckon it'd take 2 generations to die out fully before there's any solid progress.

Multiculturalism is a complete hit-and-miss imo. SA wanted change and got that in 1994, but then tried to do everything too quickly. They put people at the top expecting it would suddenly turn the world over. There is still never enough grassroots level support to ensure that they encourage people with proper skills to come to the forefront. The current president is known better for his dancing than diplomacy. There is nothing multicultural about the selectiveness of the things he's endorsed. That's the farce we have to accept. The recent municipal elections apparently gave them a huge wake up call with how much territory they lost in key areas. The populace will get their change, but only by being more educated.

Zimbabwe is a lost cause to even try compare the populace. Their problems are of a different nature. Their leaders are actually competent people that built the country from ground up. Zimbabwe's highschool is worth more than SA's and they've got far better infrastructure just as an example.

Isn't the princess your guest, not the other way around?

If you met a clone of Reisen, what would you do?

Mutant, franken-bunny arrives at Eientei as a herald of the zombie apocalypse! What do you do?

Punch yourself, but not Reisen? That's discrimination!

Got any good stories on your love life (or lack thereof)?

Think you'll get married and have a family one of these days?

Ever have dreams about the future?

That's honestly news to me.
The only info I ever found on Zimbabwe is that ther economy is broken beyond belief, and everything leads to believing the place is just a rotten landscape of people dying.
Which I know can't be true, but it's just about all one finds when researching without a lot of depth.

I see dead people.

Walking around like regular people. They don't see each other. They only see what they want to see. They don't know they're dead. All the time.

They're everywhere.

What's Tewi's vision for the future?

If you could travel in time, where would go?

If you ran into a baby clone of Tewi, would you still punch her in the face?

Super, giant, radioactive mecha-Tewi comes running down the street. Now what?

If you could pilot any mecha from any series, which one would you choose?

What kind of pranks could Tewi pull with a mecha?

That's the question

Genres: Fantasy, sci-fi, mystery and some satire/parody I suppose.

Last book I read: The beginner's guide to mod making for Diablo II Lord of Destruction.

It's a wonderfully informative document with some simple exercises. All the basic theory is explained step by step and nothing can go wrong if you've followed the instructions.

I've read some classical/canonic literature but unwillingly, those were for class.

Quote
What is the worst problem MotK has dealt with?

Idiots and emos.

Quote
What sort of rulebreaking annoys you the worst?

Any sort of rule that gets broken because the person didn't follow instructions.

Quote
If you could change any one rule, what would be it and why?

Stricter enforcement on linking images. People in places with crappy internet would love to visit too if the pages would actually load in a reasonable amount of time. I've seen places where images are outright banned for the greater consideration of the userbase.

Quote
Why do you have such an interest in deception?

When someone says 'I'm a xxx. I can't lie'. My automatic reaction is 'You just lied. I have no reason to trust anything you say when you would use such a lame appeal.' All it takes to deceive is intent. Whether you call it good or bad, it's ultimately a tool. I suppose I just like knowing how things work.

My time will be up soon, so it's final call for questions and closing up when I turn in for the night.

I'd make it so the Scarlet Devil Mansion never came into Gensokyo.
Don't really want to get into the details of what I do wish to change.

Quote
Favourite book, if any?

Terry Pratchett stuff is always a good answer. But to give a consistent name, I'd say Frank Herbert's Dune

Quote
Do you think Pan-Africanism is remotely viable, or a good idea, or what?

It's about as good an idea as Marxism (going by what I understand of both of these terms). Molefi Kete Asante came up in one of my classes last year. From what I could gather, the guy is just trollbait. IIRC he wanted African tertiary institutions to discard Western (Greek and European borne) knowledge and teach from African root knowledge. Now that would be great if African knowledge had the depth of Western knowledge.

I also see mention of it as a kind of unification for all Africans. Now on that point, it's simply not going to work. This video, while pretty hilarious to a South African, demonstrates exactly what will go wrong. The guy is a Zulu, he thought he was being called a Venda. These are separate ethnic groups and fiercely proud of their identity. If you attempt to group all of Africa under one label, the infighting for individualism means nothing will come of it except a front. In South Africa alone, racism and xenophobia is pretty set in despite all the imagery of a Rainbow Nation. As I mentioned before, you'd need the death of at least 2 generations before any real change in the culture of people will make space for tolerance.
