Yes, for a given definition of "reward". >:D

So, which Harry Potter character would Sango hook up with? What about Touhou?
!? OK, this question I was outright not expecting. You caught me off guard here, Mus, and I don't really have an answer. As a stand-in for a real answer, Cedric Diggory
Touhou? Hm. In the Sango stories I've written she's ended up particularly close to the Chireiden group
Spoiler:
and may or may not have given Orin mouth-to-mouth at one point
. Koishi is probably her most frequent visitor, though, and the dolphin's pretty interested in her carefree antics. She's probably the best friend Sango has at this point (unless the random fish of the lake count).
: W-Wait, what are you doing pairing me up with Koishi-chan?! Don't I get a say in this!?

How does it feel to come from the inferior side of the country, Weegie?
It feels like a lousy Edinburger's jealous. >:<

Quote
What's your favourite type of swimsuit other than the school swimsuit thing?
Frilly one-pieces. >_>

Quote
How would you feel if any of your work actually got published?  And no cop-outs like "but it's not good enough to get published" or anything! (That's thoroughly untrue, for one thing. >.>)
I suppose it'd depend on how successful the book actually was. If it had a decent readership, got good reviews and such, I'd feel goddamn fantastic. Otherwise I'd find myself wondering what the point was in all that work if in the end it wasn't even liked.

Quote
Jings, Rou-laddie... I hear yer no speakin' wi' the accent!  Am I gonnae have tae go over tae that shithole called Glasgae an' chib ye or summit? >.<
Uh...nae? Please nae.

In the end, does it really matter?
Nothing really matters, anyone can see...

Has Touhou changed you somehow?
Hm. The games, not so much. I enjoy them, but they're not ground-breaking. The community, on the other hand, is probably the first group I really felt like I fit into, and after my shitty time at school that meant a lot to me.

Quote
What is your favorite nut?
Donut.

Quote
Do you like spicy foods?
Nope, got a cat tongue. I can't even drink hot chocolate. XP

Quote
Where's the beef?
In the fridge along with the bread. NOW PUT TWO AND TWO TOGETHER HONEY AND MAKE ME A SANDWICH

Anyway, does it make your Scottish blood burn when I tell you you're writing like a Brit?
Not really. In terms of how Scottish people are expected to talk (see Theorin above) I get sort of frustrated about my country. We all sound so damn illiterate according to the internet. :<

How much does music influence your writing? Your daily life?
Searching for songs to play while I write is the most likely thing to distract me from actually writing. D:

Quote
Are there any songs that can easily and without fail completely and totally change your mood around, regardless of what's been going on earlier in the day?
If there are, I haven't found them yet.

You have a cat? What does she look like?
Black, with a white patch on her belly. We called her Minstrel, but given she was scratching at my leg from day 1 we've never really seen eye-to-eye.

Quote
What is the last good book you've read?
Probably back to the Agatha Christie books again here. Of the half-a-dozen or so books I've read from her, the best is without a doubt The Murder of Roger Ackroyd. It was the book that basically turned detective fiction on its head and incited rage in the readers because of the ending - but I saw it coming, and personally thought the twist was outright amazing. Saying any more would ruin it, so all I can say is go read it.

Quote
Do you put much effort into studying your writing craft? (By this I mean do you read guides to writing well, etc.)
Admittedly I could do more in this department. I am not sure exactly what I'm doing WRONG, per se. I've looked online a few times, but all I've found are guides to improve your vocabulary and imagination.

Would you run forever if you could?
Depends. What am I running from?

What would you do if you could fly?
Ooh, I like this question. The concept of flying's always been enticing to me secretly. Airplanes scare me, but having my own wings would be freaking amazing.

Quote
What would you do if you could fly to distant planets?
Not much, frankly. There's no life within light years of us, so other than rock and a distinct lack of atmosphere there's not much to see. ;_;

Quote
What do you think the world will be like a hundred years from now?
Perhaps not the best question to ask me, because I'm the sort who's not sure the world'll still be around in a hundred years. :|

What do you think about the feasibility of torpedo mounted dolphins?
: Whaaa?! B-But that'd blow up the dolphin too! No, not, never, nein, NO WAY, ixnay on the orpedotay!

Quote
How bad is your eyesight?
My eyesight's fine, actually. Never needed glasses.

Quote
Do you have a car?
Nope, and I'd never trust myself with a one-ton killing machine either. :<

Quote
How do you feel about different styles of fighting games? The faster the better? The more realistic the better? More sparklie attacks and quarter-circles than you can throw a callus at?
First thing I need - balance. If one character's blatantly overpowered or has an infinite that trivialises the game, count me out.
Second - strategy, spacing. I play characters with good pokes more than anything, maybe rushdown characters when I feel like a change. If the only decent strategy is mashmashmash, I'm turned off.
I'm actually not a fanatic for visuals. I still play a little bit of 3rd Strike, and that game's well over 10 years old now. :V

Likewise, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World states that courage is the magic that turns dreams into reality. Does this mean that courage = gravity?

MLPFiM has taught me that friendship is magic. If gravity = magic, and friendship = magic, does friendship = gravity?
Likewise, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World states that courage is the magic that turns dreams into reality. Does this mean that courage = gravity?
So, Friendship = Courage = Gravity? This explains several things:
- Why having friends makes you stronger
- Why you find yourself drawn to certain people - it's not instinct, it's genuine force
- Courage is not bravery so much as an attraction to danger.

Now, if this is too much for you, feel free to sit down. I understand that this is...

Can I see a full picture of Sango?
This is more or less the only coloured picture of Sango that exists right now. Nwbi drew this at the end of TEiPW, and it was pretty damn awesome. (Her eyes are meant to be blue, though, but that's a really minor point.)
He also did this awesome concept sheet around the time I started with PLotSS. The chibi face in the corner is where most of Sango's current emoticons came from. (Thanks again to Sakana for putting these together for me~)

What is/are the character/s you'd most like to write about, but simply haven't gotten around to it yet?
Couple that come to mind here. Marisa I think has a lot of material to work with in terms of being the hardest working character in canon and still being just inferior to the no-effort-all-talent Reimu. Reisen is sort of an understated character - I don't think she even played a sizable part in SSiB, which was specifically about the Lunarians.

Once as a kid I was on a holiday at an uncle's, and he had some land on which he rode quad bikes. On one of these days he let me and my sisters ride on them, but he insisted 'don't try to turn at full speed'.
I proceeded to try to turn at full speed, flipping the quadbike and crashing quite majestically. The best part was that I walked away from this crash completely unhurt, a fact I'm probably still paying karma back for to this day.

Random question: What do you think of Suwako Moriya?
Not sure who this is aimed at. If you mean me personally, I think she's a bit of a trickster, but even if she wields curse gods she hasn't done anything inherently evil. She's a good-spirited god, if perhaps too willing to give Sanae orders rather than let her think for herself.
As for Sango...
: Oh, I think she visited the lake once! Bouncing around like a little kid. Her hat was sorta scary...I swear the thing was looking at me by itself.
