EoSD minor graphical glitch

I just got a radeon hd 6850 which works fine but seems to cause graphical glitches in EoSD.  They're not major game changing but are quite an eyesore and would be nice to get rid of. In the 2 pictures below you may see a sore of red grid being formed on the side where the score, player lives, bombs etc are shown.
