Why does anyone even bother debating? Shikieiki is very clearly the strongest in Gensokyo. Screw your drunkloli bullshit.

Oh please, how many times do I have to say this?  Yukari is nothing without Ran.  Yukari can't do anything without her.  Hell, Yukari's spellcards even use Ran.
