The Flandre is... amazing, like perhaps my favorite picture of Flandre I have ever seen. She seems so mature... and sane... maybe it's just something I've never encountered but I like it.
Okuu and Koishi are also nice. Although, Okuu looks too fat.

since that's kinda personal thing i will keep that as a secret for u to explore in the future when u get to see him :)
but i believe his style should come from his self taught and a lot of reference on American movie
you can definitely see the composition in doujinshi have a lot element inside from action movie (gunfire, sword slashing and etc

Nice work on ur new drawing
like how u add the background in it
one thing that u might wanna be aware of in ur future work is to try to manage ur shading/crosshatching better to the background
since the line work of the background is very detail
the shading should deserve the same amount of quality as the line work
that will make ur background more believable and more 3 dimensional
also be aware of the distance proportion between characters
other than that well done!
keep up the imizu style!
but remember to not lose ur own style in it too!

For me Flan's size is okay, it's just because she is more distant in the background that she looks short.
Rather than this, it looks that Koishi is over something while Flan is at street level.
Anyway, that details in background :O Please make a bamboo forest in your next art :)
