Hey hey hey! I had my legal worries man :ohdear: the drama from Europe Cup in 2012 and nerves from 2010 were deeply rooted you know :ohdear:

Also, I've seen Holland play during the qualifications. They played worse than any team around back then. So much has improved.

Except Schneider needs to get his shit together. His free-kick performance is great, but on the field he is being outplayed.

Chile are good but it'd still be a major upset if they do better than Spain. It's not like they played TERRIBLY, they just kind of collapsed in the second half. They'll... probably... be fine. Though I certainly won't mind that upset, more :V for the :V god.

yeah I couldn't see the second half, but I'll be perfectly honest, this was expected, considering how Spain was playing, and how Netherlands got the whole momentum on their side from that goal right before halftime.

I really really don't like De Costa. Those missed chances he had gave the game away, and would have changed the game dramatically from a 2/3-0 game, especially with how Spain's gameplan is dependant on getting the lead and keeping it.

Is it bad that despite living in the Canary Islands (and as such, in Spain) i was laughing like a madman watching the 2nd half of the match? :3
Oh well, being italian it's practically hard-coded in my DNA that i must hate Brazil, Spain and France....

Now i just have to hope our team keep following tradition: when we get to the competition with high hopes/good team/among the favourites we are kicked home even if we are in group with Botswana, Andorra, Singapore..... when no one give us a snowball chance in hell (ourselves included) we reach at least the final :V

and considering half of us are expecting an epic REKT courtesy of England.....

So having finally got round to watching the Spain vs Nether match... that 2nd half was hilarious! The mistakes from Spain were terrible; and it wouldn't be a world cup if there wasn't at least one

blunder. (what the hell was that first touch?) If they play like that for the rest of the group, then I'll look forward to seeing the papers slapping it in their faces. (And maybe the Dutch singing it loud and proud~ :V )

2-1 Costa Rica so far.

I'm torn, do I boo them because of how they treated the USMNT before/during/after our hexagonal game in their country, or do I root for them because CONCACAF is such an underdog and, to be fair, I wouldn't want to play in heavy snow either?

EDIT: 3-1 now! I'm choosing to cheer partially for CONCACAF love, but also partially because seeing Suarez so sad and helpless on the bench pleases me.
