How to replace textures with your own and make them work ingame ?

hello im a beginner at touhou editing and so far ive managed to extract all the anm files of games using tools and the such.

but im now facing a big wall as i do not know how to: 1. replace textures with custom ones 2. repack said textures (no idea if (and how to) i repack the folders that were extracted from the anm and then repack all the anms into a dat file)  and 3. how to get the game running with these new textures afterwards.

Ive also struggled with Touhou ToolKit despite the many txt files with instructions

i know its alot to explain but ive tried many things trust me and i have not found proper documentation on the modification of png textures and repacking.

may i have some assistance ?  :ohdear:
