You would, but it'd be much slower than out of combat, and this is a boss fight. do the math.

Try drinking this mix I'll list, it might help.
Take a cup of water, and mix it with a tablespoon of plain vinegar, and add sugar to taste.
May not taste particularly nice, but it helps. Old family cure for most stomach-based issues.
