If a game is freeware and can be downloaded can it be linked to? Such as Genetos which can be downloaded off the game's website. Also what about Flash/Browser games?

We have no issue with free games as long as they don't infringe copyright (for instance we'd rather you didn't post Touhoumon.)

There should be no problem linking to online games as long as they're in a place the original creator put them and not being hijacked by other sites for ad moneys.  Them being kept online by the creator is implicit consent to people playing them.
