Forgive me if this is in the wrong place. I wasn't too sure where to put it.

Anyway, I did a search at some point for Touhou skins for Windows Media Player. Coming up completely dry, I decided to do one of my own. As usual with many of my projects, I started with Flandre.

Large blue crystal controls the volume, large green crystal is the tracking bar, and the buttons are her wing crystals: on the right, top to bottom, is play, pause, stop, next, and previous; on the left, return to full mode, close, and minimize. It's pretty basic. No visualizations or a way to select tracks in skin mode.

Going to try one with Yukari next. Visualizations will be included with that one. After that, I might take requests, if you guys have any.

EDIT: Oh, yeah, for those that don't know, the extraction path for the files is probably C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\Skins .

Gengetsu did not cross my mind, but if you have any pictures of her you can recommend, then I can see if I can think of something.

Finished up Yukari today. The eyes are the buttons, same orientation as Flandre's. The gap she's sitting on plays visualizations. I wanted to make the volume bar and the tracking bar animated, but that lagged too much.

Yet another is done, if anyone is interested. This time it's Reisen, done on request from a friend who's a fan of hers.

Eyes in the background play visualizations, the bullet on the left is the volume bar, and the bullet on the right is the tracking bar.

The row of bullets, from right to left, goes like this: play, pause, stop, next, previous, minimize, close, and return to full screen.

Wow dude, these are really well-made. Your upgraded Flan one is the one I'm using now

Is it possible for you to somehow make one out of this picture? Maybe using some of the tiles and/or eye/bat things as buttons... but you're the pro, so whatever you feel would look the best!

Bat things are the buttons, same orientation as Flandre's, but reversed. Right half of the apple on the bottom is the volume, left half is the tracking bar. Visualizations play on the apple in the background.

I would do Gengetsu, but I can't find any good pictures of her. The same friend who requested Reisen also requested Meiling, so she might be up next.

I was actually looking for Gengetsu at first, but like you said, it's hard to find any good ones that would also fit as a wmp skin. I stumbled upon Elly during my search, and though this one would look cool.

I don't think that picture would work, but I could certainly do Wriggle. She'll be quite easy, so I think I'll do her before Meiling.

The large fireflies on the upper left are the buttons. I'm not sure how to list them for this one, though. The butterfly on the bottom right is the tracking bar, and the one on the bottom left is the volume. Visualizations play on the firefly swarm behind her, but it works best on a dark background.
